BUD"电商易"(EComEasy BUD)是Hong Kong政府专门为Cross-Border E-Commerce设计的资助计划。资助范围严格限定在内地+东盟十国市场，每项目最高HK$800K，Cumulative Cap1M港元（计入BUD 7M总额度内）。
核心特点：电商专属（专为Cross-Border E-Commerce设计，资助电商平台建设和Outside the Mainland Market开拓）；额度给力（Up to HK$800K/Project，与一般申请相当）；首期拨款（设有通常20%首期拨款）；地域聚焦（限内地+东盟十国，适合做东南亚市场的电商企业）。
5 Basic Conditions for BUD E-Com Easy
All 5 conditions below must be met to apply for BUD E-Com Easy:
✅ 条件1：Hong Kong公司成立满1 Year
Must hold a HK company established for 1+ years. Provide Business Registration (BR) and Certificate of Incorporation (CI).
⚠️ 刚注册不满1 Year的公司不符合申请资格
✅ 条件2：至少雇佣1名员工缴纳强积金
Company must employ at least 1 person (paying MPF). Provide MPF contribution records.
⚠️ 只有老板一人、没有员工缴纳MPF的公司不符合条件
✅ 条件3：在Hong Kong有实际办公场所
Company must have physical office in HK (even just one desk). Provide office lease or utility bill proof.
⚠️ 纯离岸公司、无Hong Kong实际Office Address的不符合条件
✅ 条件4：年营业额达到1M港元以上
Company annual turnover of HK$1M+. Provide audited report or financial statements.
⚠️ 营业额不足1M港币的公司需要等业绩达标后再申请
✅ 条件5：非上市企业
Applicant must be a non-listed company. Non-listed subsidiaries of listed companies may also apply.

BUD E-Com Easy Funding Rules
Funding ratio 25% (gov 1: enterprise 3), with upfront disbursement (typically 20%). Geographically strictly limited to Mainland + ASEAN-10.
