All 5 conditions below must be met to apply for BUD General:
Must hold a HK company established for 1+ years. Provide Business Registration (BR) and Certificate of Incorporation (CI).
⚠️ 刚注册不满1 Year的公司不符合申请资格
Company must employ at least 1 person (paying MPF). Provide MPF contribution records.
⚠️ 只有老板一人、没有员工缴纳MPF的公司不符合条件
Company must have physical office in HK (even just one desk). Provide office lease or utility bill proof.
⚠️ 纯离岸公司、无Hong Kong实际办公地址的不符合条件
Company annual turnover of HK$1M+. Provide audited report or financial statements.
⚠️ 营业额不足1M港币的公司需要等业绩达标后再申请
Applicant must be a non-listed company. Non-listed subsidiaries of listed companies may also apply.
⚠️ 上市公司主体不符合申请资格
Max Government Funding 25%(Government 1 : Enterprise 3 Matching)
Enterprise must bear Cashat least 75%
Example: Total project cost HK$800K, government funds HK$200K, enterprise pays HK$600K
